What you buy
TerrenoCheck is an automated screen of public sources for the selected parcel. The dossier identifies the source, date, geometric relation and limitation of each reading. It is not legal, notarial, cadastral, technical, tax or financial advice and does not certify ownership, title, burdens, building compliance or legal buildability.
Close decisive questions with the municipality, notary and appropriately licensed professionals for the property.
Price, payment and contract formation
Total prices: EUR 39 for one language, EUR 49 for the Italian and English editions, and EUR 10 to add the second language later to the same dossier. No tax, fee or other charge is added. These are one-time payments with no subscription; the Stripe total is the amount charged.
The addition is bought from the dossier’s delivery page, reached through the private link in the delivery email.
The order page shows the parcel, municipality, selected language or languages and total price. Before continuing to Stripe, the buyer checks those details and supplies a reachable email address. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and the order is accepted; the confirmation and report ID are the references for support.
A boundary or cadastral reference that is not the intended property must be corrected before payment. The dossier relates only to the geometry confirmed at checkout.
Stripe handles the card. TerrenoCheck receives payment status and the references needed to reconcile the order, but not the full card number or CVC.
Start and delivery
We begin producing the digital content as soon as payment succeeds. Delivery is expected in about ten minutes per dossier. If more time is needed, the order stays open and the buyer receives an update: we retry, repair and, where necessary, finish the work by hand. A delay does not trigger an automatic refund. If the purchased edition cannot be supplied at all, the buyer’s mandatory remedies under the Italian Consumer Code remain available.
The private link is emailed to the address supplied and remains available for 90 days. Download and keep the PDFs within that period.
Withdrawal from digital content
A consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Before payment, a separate unticked box lets the buyer request an immediate start during that period.
Before payment, the buyer gives prior express consent for performance to begin immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal will be lost once performance has begun and the content has been supplied; the order confirmation email records that consent and is the durable medium.
The exception is Article 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code. It does not remove mandatory remedies for content that is non-conforming, defective or not delivered.
Official text: Italian Consumer Code.
Using the dossier and source rights
You may use the dossier for your transaction and share it with the seller, notary, lawyer, surveyor, architect, engineer, geologist, lender or agent involved. The purchase does not transfer software, templates, code, brands or third-party database and mapping rights.
Acceptable use
Do not overload the service, evade payment, harvest content at scale or present a dossier as a certification TerrenoCheck does not issue. Submit only a property check you are entitled to request.
Availability and responsibility
A public source may be incomplete, delayed or temporarily unreadable. The dossier must distinguish a completed check that found no feature from a source that could not be read. A technical delay does not close a paid order: work is retried, repaired or completed manually.
To the extent permitted by law, TerrenoCheck does not replace the professional checks required before signing or paying a deposit. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Complaints and governing law
If something is wrong, email support@kandyb-studio.eu with the report ID so we can first try to resolve it directly.
For a cross-border dispute, the European Consumer Centre where you live provides free assistance. The authority in the seller’s country is UOKiK in Poland.
Polish law governs these terms. A consumer also keeps the mandatory protections of the law of the country where they habitually live.
Changes
The version published when payment is made applies to that purchase. Its date remains shown on this page.
